Mr. Randhir Singh Sharma being Chairman of AVN Pragati Foundation, has 14 years of diversified experience in social sector. He is having expertise on various social issues like Health, Livelihood, Women Empowerment and Sustainable Agriculture. He is credited with the implementation of various programs at AVN Pragati Foundation. He is actively giving 100% of his time at AVN Pragati Foundation.
Mrs. Archana Goswami as a treasurer is giving 100% of her time to AVN Pragati Foundation. She is an accomplished women rights activist and she is associated with various women cells and she provides counselling services on women and child rights issues to various individuals and organizations as well. She has good understanding of Finance and Accounts.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar Roy has master degree in social work. In AVN Pragati Foundationhe is Programme Director and manages all the running projects and coordinate with donors related to reports and project renewal. He leads the AVN Pragati Foundation training and support programme. He also provide continuous documentation of all our work and help spread wider awareness and understanding about it.
Mr. Sachin Jain has master degree in Commerce. He had total 7 years of experience in accounts and he manages all financial and administrative works of AVN Pragati Foundation.
Ms. Pallavi has master’s degree in Rural Development from D.S.V.C.K.V Social Science Institute, University of Chhattisgarh leads the SHG and Vocational Training programme in AVN Pragati Foundation. As she had a five years of experience working with tribal and slum women in three tier programme brings her unique ability is to bring people together and liaison with resource person. She also leads Swayamainnotive project jute unit and jewellery unit run with the contribution of slum women.
Mr. Aman is Post Graduate and had done EDP Training Organized by the government of India. He started her career in 2019. He was awarded for his honesty hard work and dedication toward his responsibility. He is vast experience in Social Services. On Various Occasions, he has taken Strong and Fast steps toward the upliftment of underprivileged areas of our AVN Pragati Foundation.
