AVNP Foundation values donor trust and transparency.

1. General Policy

All donations made to AVNP Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

1. Duplicate donation
2. Incorrect amount entered by mistake
3. Unauthorized transaction
4. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email:

info@avnpfoundation.org

Include:

1. Full Name
2. Transaction ID
3. Donation Date

Reason for refund

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Tax Implications

If a tax exemption receipt has been issued, it must be returned/cancelled before processing a refund.
