She is an accomplished women rights activist and she is associated with various women cells and she provides counselling services on women and child rights issues to various individuals and organizations as well. Mr. Satish Kumar, who has 30 years of experience in social development sector and is having keen interest in Healthcare. He has expertise in Health and healthcare related issues. He is a senior consultant on Yoga and Naturopathy. Mr. Satish Kumar being an healthcare expert contributes in Health programs run by AVN Pragati Foundation.
Miss Shivani has 5 years of professional experience in social development sector and is having expertise on livelihood and Self-Help Groups promotion. Currently he is the Full time DPM for NULM, Nuh, and Haryana Chhattisgarh and is contributing 60% of his time to AVN Pragati Foundation.

Ms. Lita kasyap is actively involved in the AVN Pragati Foundation Board and contributing 50% of her time to AVN Pragati Foundation.
